Pear Tree Designs Challenge 42-Mother's Day
This week's challenge over at Pear Tree Designs is a perfectly timed one...after making quite a few Mother's Day cards for orders, I suddenly realised I didn't have one for either my mum or mother-in-law...eeeek! Our sponsors this week are Robyns Fetish, so pop over with your Mother's Day creations!
Here is the card for my MIL, I hope she likes it! I got this stamp when I was at the Harrogate papercraft show a couple of weekends ago and couldn't wait to use it....I coloured him in with Promarkers and added some Stickles to the flowers. I matted him onto Label nesties with pearlescent lilac card. The backing paper is from a Papermania pad Back to Basics, and I have used some lace from my ribbon box. The sentiment is a Dovecraft set which I love to use. I finished the card with a diecut swirl and flowers from my stash.

This week's challenge card for Pear Tree Designs-Birthday!
This week's theme over at Pear Tree Designs is Happy Birthday, and our sponsors this week are Cardmadfairy's Card Creations.
The DT were given some fab digis to play with this week, I decided on this little footballer....I need more boy cards for my card box lol. I coloured him in with Promarkers and cut the image into a circle with my Nesties. The backing papers are freebies from Making Cards magazine, these were matted onto blue cardstock. I stamped some footballs using a Daisy & Dandelion set, adding some highlights with Promarkers. The sentiment is from the same set.

I had fun with this card....and it's very green lol! I used an image I had saved on my laptop as my starting point...this was coloured in with Promarkers and glittered with stickles. The papers are from a Papermania pad called Secret Garden, I love these papers. I embellished it with some spotty ribbon and gems from my stash....and the sentiments was a freebie from Meljens Designs...perfect for this week's challenge!

Pear Tree Challenge 39- Sketch with a Twist.
The challenge this week over at Pear Tree Designs this week is a Sketch...with an added twist of 3 gems. Our sponsor this week is Crafty Sentiments Designs who are offering 2 lovely digis this week.
The DT were given some sweet images to play with this weeK, I chose this cute little bear, couldn't resist him. I coloured the bear in with my promarkers and added highlights with a gel pen and glitter glue.. The paper is from a Wild Rose Studio and has been matted onto green Bazzil cardstock. I used ribbon down the side to link in with the sketch, and added some card tabs wrapped with more white ribbon. The gems and flowers are from my stash too. In place of the bottom embellishment on the sketch, I stamped a sentiment, it's my fave Lili of the Valley ones.
